Worked on a number of Dams, Hydropower, Irrigation, and Flood Protection projects within Pakistan & in other countries at different positions i.e. Hydraulic Design Engineer, Barrage/ Hydraulic Specialist, Project Manager, etc. Scope of the services included Conceptual Planning or Feasibility Studies and/or Detailed Design and/ or Construction Supervision etc. Most of these projects were funded by the World Bank or the Asian Development Bank (ADB). As Vice President and head of the Water Resources & Agriculture Division of NESPAK (having more than 800 employees), successfully handled a large number of activities and projects simultaneously. After retirement from NESPAK established its own consulting firm LEVANT. In addition to this, also provide services to different organizations as Hydraulics & Water Resources Expert/ Advisor or Project Manager.
